It's a key date and likely scrutinized, F details sounds right, as the above.

I bet NGC called it VF-20 and did not give it a details designation.
I personally agree with everyone else, F Details cleaned.

her it is. vf 25 not in a million years. I don't care if anacs, pcgs, and NGC call this original it is cleaned. That's why buy the coin not the plastic. and some people think grading and cleaning are both subjective but should we not include authenticity. I'm not taking this guys word on anything/

Makes you wonder sometimes if NGC just has coins, slabs, and labels just laying around waiting to be graded, and some novice comes along and decides to tackle the task himself while everyone else is out to lunch.

I'm honestly seeing F-15 details tops here. Surprising NGC gave this beaut a problem-free VF-25 grade... But yeah, buy the coin & not the slab. My LCS has a 1935 Peace dollar graded by NGC that says UNC details cleaned, but shows absolutely NO traces of being cleaned at all. Similar happened with an 1893 CC Morgan, they sent it off and it came back VG8 problem free, but was harshly polished on the obverse & reverse which surprised me. You could see the vertical scratches from being polished, too.
