NGC says MS-64.  As noted in this thread, the jump from 64 to 65 is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I can't cross it to PCGS, they are terrible with VAMs, and on top of that, it's CAC'ed. If it was not a CAC coin I might have it reholdered to fix the label. But it's such a relatively minor quibble that I don't think it's worth the time or money.
