I think that off center label would drive me nuts though.

I can't cross it to PCGS, they are terrible with VAMs, and on top of that, it's CAC'ed. If it was not a CAC coin I might have it reholdered to fix the label. But it's such a relatively minor quibble that I don't think it's worth the time or money.

CAC would re-sticker the coin in a new holder.

But I agree, re-holdering wouldn't be worth doing for a minor problem like that.
