As has been mentioned, the ghosting on the reverse appears to be Progressive Indirect Design Transfer. Nice coin!

Flip the reverse upside down, Dcnw. You'll see Lincoln's outline like this one. Nice coin.

Thanks, it's short name is "Ghosting". It's caused by dies receiving each other's design from too many repeated strikes, (transferred through the coins they struck).

No I don't think so, Numisma. They are a result of toning, probably by environment. Striations caused by an improper alloy mix produce Woodies.

Here are some additional photos of the coin outside the container. I am not familiar with ghosting, but I think I can see something resembling Lincoln's head like Coop said.
