Can't put anything over on the sharpies here. Yes, the faint outline of 8 tailfeathers allowed for it to be positively identified as an 1878 Philadelphia.  Likely the most fabulously low of all Morgan lowballs.

The only coin more worn than this that could get slabbed would probably be an 1890-CC Tailbar or something.

The grade I'd invent would be SP-00, for "semi-planchet zero"....
