I would go to coin shows, but I don't know of any around here. In fact, there aren't even many coin stores around here, in the mountains of Perry County, Pennsylvania.

Thank you. I found one, but there's no information on the location aside from Harrisburg. Also, when you said, "If you are new, best just treat this thread and read only" do you mean not to create any new topic? & if so, how long until I would be able to create a new topic? I don't currently want to, but if I do, how long should I wait?

Quote: do you mean not to create any new topic? & if so, how long until I would be able to create a new topic? Not directed at you at all. This type of question usually attracts spam, people register to post their business here in this topic. We catch them though.

As my nearest coin shop is over 300 miles away buying on line is pretty much my only option. There are many great sites in Aus to buy coins from. Here are but a few.

I also have 250 miles to the nearest LCS. Same distance for an annual show I do attend.
Favorite sellers for high end is Heritage and Great Collections.

I buy coins cheaply on ebay. Then I sell them for a profit, and I use that profit to cover the coins I want. FREE COINS!

Hobby City (at Shchyolkovo), closely followed by Vernisage (at Izmaylovo). Taganka is also nice, but the coins tend to be a bit overpriced. Didn't like Hobby Market at Krasnobogatyrskaya (though some of the coins were rather nice). Never been on an annual coin show, have no idea where to find one. Have been on a few weekly ones, in Kaliningrad... the coins there were really nice! (Kinda out of the way though, so only useful when on vacation.)
As far as the online stuff goes, the website where I successfully bought the most coins is Molotok, with a total of 1. Sadly it's been closed for several years now; don't recall why.
