Wow gorgeous coin I say ms62/63. Would love one of those in my collection one day.

Coin has rub; however IMO TPGS MS62. However, based on the amount of money the coins in your collection have cost (1915 50c) you probably waited to get an MS-63! So that is my guess - 63...LOL.

Technically AU-58 but I suspect a TPG would let the cheek rub slide and give this a 63 due to the booming luster

That coin made my evening. Amazing example. No clue on a grade -- I'm not likely to ever own any early Gold to be able to learn to grade it -- but ... man, she's beautiful.

PCGS graded this 1813 half eagle as an MS-62. I obviously agreed with the grade. The piece has full cartwheel luster when you swirl it under a light. There are marks, but it's to be expected for the grade.

What a beautiful coin. Just looked it up on a price guide... Going back to looking at Roosevelt dimes.
