All original which is a feat in and of itself. XF45. the only issue I see is the scratches to the left of the date. I love the look of the 2 in the date

Looks solid for EF-40, with original surfaces as noted.

I wonder about those parallel lines next to the date. Could those be adjustment marks? The mint used to file overweight gold and silver planchets in the early years, leaving parallel grooves like this on the struck coins. However, I don't recall seeing any on Capped Bust halves before. I always assumed that by the early 1800's the mint became consistent about punching out correct-weight planchets, making adjustments unnecessary.

That was my first guess when I seen them as well. I made a post about them on another forum, and found out that they are raised defect lines, which are an attribute of a O-120.
