MS 65 I would pay a small premium for the toning.

MS65. I think the uneven toning, although nice, would keep it from 66. quite possibly down the road the toning will even out and you will end up with a stunner

At least MS-66 and the rainbow toning will add to the value of the coin. I've paid up the 3x "normal value" for really amazing rainbow toning. This one's not quite up to that level but a 30% price premium wouldn't surprise me.

MS-65 tops, too much noise for a 66. Toning is outstanding and clash is strong on obverse and reverse.
That being said, it's a common date in high grades with wide availability, although the toning and clash helps boost value. I'd be in around $375-$400 to start, with a cap around $475. The lack of GSA provenance is detrimental.

Looks like a 66+ or maybe 67. It probably went for moon money.(just slightly outside of my budget)
