Thanks for the kind words. I miss working on this set. This set was a ton of fun to put together.

The more you see these beautiful coins the more a collector wants them. Each coin has a history and a story.

Connor, you posted in another thread and I had to click on the link to your completed 7070. I just had to say congrats! Beautiful set...well done!

Nice set. I just recently purchased a 7070 myself over the weekend. I am going for all raw coins myself. I still have Half Cents, commemorative, and pretty much all larger seated liberty. I like seeing what you have because now I have a better idea of what to put into the commemorative holes.

Chesterb...Thanks for the kind words. Every coin collector should have a 7070. Its a great way to learn about all of the different series and denominations without getting burned out on trying to complete an entire set.
Mail187man....7070's are so much fun because almost everyone's is a little different in the type of coins they use to go in it. I left mine in slabs because they were the best I could afford at the time. If I ever decide to upgrade I will come closer to getting my money back if I leave them in the slab. Also, if I was ever forced to sell due to some type of financial hardship I would get more money for the coin in a slab than raw. Post pictures once you get yours started. I never get tired of looking at 7070's!

Very nice set! Now break those coins out of their coffins and give them a home in that album.

As a new collector, I am starstruck! I'm just waiting for my Dansco penny and nickel books to come. I guess we all have to start somewhere. Congratulations!

I'm glad to see this thread come back to life. This was a very fun and rewarding set to put together. That being said, I still have those coins in the slabs. I still can't crack them out.
