I think it would make MS64 as there is quite a bit of luster across the cheek and the marks are not digs but rub from bumping against other coins Report this Post to the Staff

You will have to check for minute die markers to narrow it down and there aren't a lot of photos either so you'll need to check the descriptions for die markers.
