Could be near "OF" or at the base of the shield on the reverse or could be on the rim or could be not readily identifiable in these images.

Are you looking to buy or sell? Do you have it in hand? If details at all, it's Fair Details, not Poor imo.

On the obverse in the field above her head looks like the word chug has been scratched into the coin, and below the word looks like HS 84. May be the year Chug graduated from high school.

Looking to buy, not in hand. I'm still having trouble seeing the chug! I'm going to try and zoom even more

It could be a date of 11-6-84.

Don't see it myself. With a coin this old and this worn, I don't think a Details grade is going to really affect value.

I agree, but because it's in a details holder you might have some leverage. Would $50 be too much to offer?

The wear pattern looks like the coin might be bent.

I contacted the seller:

"Please look at the photos, I would believe they are referring to the scratches on the reverse. I can not be sure but the photos are accurate."

Accurate I'm sure, but not really sharp enough here for the peanut gallery.

Not really sure if any of this really matters from a value standpoint.

I agree, it shouldn't matter much at this level of wear. Actually this is one of those coins that need not be certified. We're talking about a $50 to $75 piece.

Right. It is just another among endless examples of POS coins that people have wasted their money on sending to the TPGs. They feast on this sort of thing.

I'm really looking for a Draped Bust quarter in the 50-150 range and no good options on ebay or LCS. I'm at a loss on how to find one. If anyone has suggestions I'd be open!
