I agree with IGE as any grade based on the dark photos would be simply a guess.

MS66PL insufficient cameo contrast/depth for a DMPL designation IMO but could be surprised. This is a beautiful coin. A slightly uglier PCGS 66PL is for sale on a well-known Morgan dealer's site for $1.1k
In DMPL this is a $3.5-$4k coin in 66...

Sorry the picture was a little dark, this was a very challenging coin to photograph. I'm still working on my photography skills. Especially with proof-like coins.
So those who guessed DMPL were correct.
Grade wise, 64, but it looks like a 65 to me!
