I'd say 64. too much chatter on the obverse for a 65. But that reverse looks great

Why would you have it graded?
With the rust on the edge you're inviting a "details" grade or having the corrosion noted.
At MS64 it'll cost you more to have it graded than the coin is worth.
At MS65 you'll do only slightly better than break even.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I agree with DBM ... don't send it in. You know what you have, so why pay for a piece of paper and some plastic?

As for grading it I was thinking about the future , I mean well after I'm breathing terra-ferma . Do you not think
the value will increase?

I would guess MS-64.
I don't really think the premium for this coin is going any higher its probably at its peak and it will not increase over time there is to many MS-65 out there now, they sold higher a few years ago
