Never seen a " real" one before, glad you can have it in your possession soon! I'd even mortgage a grandkid or two for that! (no, but sometimes want to put them on layaway!)  Edited by Crazyb0

Congratulations on a win-win transaction. You identified and preserved a piece of history and also got a great coin. As you can see from my avatar I like old copper and have a few fugios. Thanks everyone for the comments. I got a VERY good deal on this. Along with the fugio and civil war token I also pulled out a handful of 2 cents, trimes, LG cents, Half Cents and flying eagles so the dealer gave me a really good deal on it. |
