On the first set,the dime with the spot on it will be melt value.The quarter looks like it has milk spots so,melt value.The nickel looks real nice. The second set, dime and quarter and maybe half look like a mild cameo.Nickel and cent look nice also. You have the coins in hand,are any of them cameo?

The second set is definitely cameo. Those are not milk spots. It's the package sorry for the cruddy pics.

The dime and quarter might be candidates for cameos, but we would need close ups of each to confirm. The half is not a cameo.

Regardless, its still a nice set. Wheat cents are super common, but the proofs dont get much attention, so that's kind of cool.

Obv of the dime looks Cameo, obv of the quarter is lightly cameo, but I don't think either reverse is cameo and both sides have to be cameo to get the designation.
