MS61. color is tough on this one. could make RB since only 5% red is required. this will probably be your call as you have the coin in hand and judge the color better

Color is dull and muted combined with numerous nicks and dings indicating mishandling. The original red/brown colors have been stripped away, compare it to the 1908 next to it in the Dansco, which has great color.

With the new pics, I believe this coin has been cleaned. Color looks an un-natural red. AU-53 details.

Coin was described as AU - Cleaned on the 2x2 and I see most of you agree but it was a huge upgrade over the ratty 1907 I had in the hole and it cost me only $3 so I suppose it's presentable enough for what it is :)
