On Sale tomorrow at 12:00 PM Central

Are you trying to delay us by an hour to ensure you get yours before it sells out? (The Mint's site has "12 noon ET".)

I went with "longer". I'm not convinced that it will sell out, but it might. I just don't think it will be that fast.

It wont be technically sold out, it will just be available at different retailers thats all. Like hsn, big boys resellers, APMEX etc. It doesn't count as a sold out if by example hsn buys them all in one click. The coins will just be relocated to a different venue. Sold out means if real collectors buys them for them to keep not for resale. Then you will have a real sold out, meaning you wont be able to buy one anywhere. This sets will be available all over the net so not really sold out at all, The sets will be more expensive but easily available for a long time. not really sold out until every collector gets one and resellers run out of sets and collectors dont sell them. There has never been a sold out coin, the big boys buy in excess of the actual collectors market therefore those excess coins float on ebay for ever. "There not sold out, there just redistribute around between coin dealers looking for a buyer"

alvaro77,
Although your answers may be correct for the global coin community, the question was about them selling out on the mint's web site.

Well of course it will probably get sold out at the mints website. Because you have non collectors buying a bunch at a time to flip the sets for a profit. It doesn't seem right to call it a sold out if hsn buys them all in one click. The sets will just relocate but still be available on a different website, Hsn instead of usmint. All this big boys flood the market by buying in excess, if all 225k sell it wil be like say 100,000 real collector sells and 125,000 excess sets that will wonder around ebay for ever. it happens for all coins, then drags the price down because theres more sets than there collectors for it.

You're right. Just like the 2006 20th Anniversary ASE sets aren't sold out. They just moved to other sellers....like ANY other Mint product.

Really?

Mint sellout means the Mint sold out and has no more available for sale. Not really rocket science and has zip to do what happens after that.

I'm kinda with jbuck. Longer than an hour but less than a day.
We will see in about 3 1/2 hours or so.
I normally only buy in "1's" but I am thinking about getting two.
May might make a little trade for something to my coin dealer later on.
