I cant get the pic to load. Why is it so difficult to load an image to a reply?

Quote: I cant get the pic to load. Why is it so difficult to load an image to a reply? I would like to explain it to you but I think I would confuse you and make it worse! Unless I'm doing it the hard way, there are to many stinkin steps! Not very user friendly from where I sit. Unless like I said, I'm doing it the hard way. It's silver. You can also find silver coins in the coin star reject slot or anything that takes coins..

Does the fact that the leaves on the branch below the eagle dont touch the eagles tail feathers make this coin anything special? All the other 1963 quarters I have seen the leaves touch the tail of the eagle. Ive heard of a type c reverse where they dont touch but from what I can tell that was on later years not on the 1963

The type 'C' reverse is on the 1964-D quarters. It is the reverse for the 1965 quarters. So it can't be a type 'C' on a 1963 Proof quarter. (Just 1964 Denver mint quarters have the type 'C')

Well it definitely says 1963 on the front and it sure looks like a type c on the back, this is why I ask if this coin might be something special.

Sorry I'm new to coin collecting, I saw something on YouTube that made it sound like the feathers on the c type didn't touch the leaves. My coin. The 1963 looks like the pic of the 1964 type a reverse. Would this be unusual? The only reason I ask is all the other 1963 coins I have seen the feathers touch the leaves

@whiskyrox, first welcome to CCF and sorry that you have been having trouble posting pics of your find. Hopefully you can figure it out and show off your gem.
Based on the date, your new coin is silver and definitely has a value above face value so is worth keeping. In terms of funding your retirement, you might find that this doesn't take you all that far--better to keep your day job for now.

Type 'A' is the common reverse for this year. The type'B' is the re-used proof reverses with no mint marks because they are from Philadelphia. Type 'A reverse common: Type 'B' (proof reverse reused from 1956-1964):
