Spruett001, yes, I was asleep for couple hours like 5 hours at least. I might sleep in one more hour because I went to bed late. I just wanted to get all of my finds all posted on here and ready to go. I think it's a Partial Collar, but will wait still for some CCF members thoughts. It was a great batch of coins I went through.

I'm calling it a stiff collar, the MAD is a major feature of that causing the thickness seen at 1 o'clock. Reading the description, there is evidence the collar was stuck in the halfway deployed position making it a partial but the force of a twisted hammer die caused that thick rim area. Here is a stiff collar quarter from error-ref.com:

That makes a lot of sense Crazyb0. So it is two errors into one? Those two errors (Partial Collar and Stiff Collar still confuses me a lot). Hopefully I'm understanding this.

I was just poking at ya a little bit, E&V. I stay up pretty late. It seems there's only about an hour between when I go to sleep and when John1 starts posting. Quote: Those two errors (Partial Collar and Stiff Collar still confuses me a lot). They confuse me, as well. The pic from Error-Ref that Crazyb0 posted could be several things. It definitely doesn't nail it down to a specific error.

Judging by the edge images showing a center indentation, my first thought was a possible Encased Coin at one time. I'm having a hard time or just not seeing a typical overlap associated with a partial or stiff collar. Thanks, Doug.

Thank you spruett001. I knew you were just poking me around. I thought that was pretty funny. Halo1st, it isn't an Encased Cent. That ridge you are seeing is part of the feature for the error. That is the best I can do for pictures. I am wondering what Coop would think about this. I am calling out Coop for this one. I still don't know what to label it as.

It's a partial collar error in combination with a minor misaligned die. None of the diagnostics of a stiff collar error are present, e.g. there's no thick, vertical flange on the obverse face and no rounded shoulder on the reverse face.

Thank you very much Mike and Coop! I really appreciate it Mike. You and Coop saved the day. Now I can label it and put it away in my collection. The case is now closed, but the others, feel free to comment.

Thank you Tunnioc. I am going to the same bank again where I got my previous bank box. I will pick up another one and will post again if I find anything good.

Does this kind of error give any extra value to a coin?

Joshredoz, yes. A moderate premium at best.
