Three parcels of land for $5900? That's about five times the size of my lot and I pay more than that in annual property tax. But that looks like a fixer-upper if I ever saw one (or rather, three of them).

I bet you're also purchasing some delinquent property taxes or getting into some kind of foreclosure nightmare. The county website lists the property as "suspended from sale" on the county sheriff tax office page. Whatever that means, it doesn't give me a warm fuzzy.

Already got me ma lake cabin. Don't need none a that southern or eastern or western sunshine.
Here in Minnesota we know we are gonna see the sun at least 10 days a year.
Property taxes can be paid in gopher tails.

Looking at the completed listings, it was auctioned in Nov for $730. Not sure what happened there, but probably a nightmare scenario like was already mentioned.

The houses are tiny and built nearly 100 years ago. You'd be buying some kind of project for sure.
