Since I have money to blow (NOT), I sent one off for grading recently. Haven't got it back yet but I'll have $23 into the coin.

AU-55/58. Do not send to TPG. Just store it carefully.

Thank you shotgung and SilverDollar2017. I will not send it in to a TPG to get it graded. If it was Uncirculated or Brilliant Uncirculated, then it would be worth sending it in. I have it stored it carefully in a non PVC coin flip.

That sounds about right, probably around that type of grade. Thank you for your opinion BadThad! It helps me a lot.

PCGS MS62 brown slab it slab it and put it on the block. No way eh? I wouldn't sell it either its a killer find. Never found one but the grubby little 1997 doubled ear I found is worth about $30.00 but I wouldn't budge except maybe $125.00. All of them are just so dang hard to find I keep them as spoils of war. Great score.

Thank you LuvmyCAM. I will always keep this one in my collection. Thirty dollars is still an excellent price for that 1997 Doubled Ear DDO you found.

Thank you so much CoinCents! I would have never thought that this thread would get resurrected from the dead actually (I'm cool with it, and I appreciate it). I've never thought that I would ever find this in circulation ever! I found it with only 2 years of CRH (I got super lucky, no joke etheir). To this current day, I've only found one of these, and probably won't find one ever again I bet! I will never sell this coin (It will be worth a ton by then), until I get to my retirement age at least, since I want to sell everything off before I pass away, because I want my relatives to have a ton of money left over for them.

Very thoughtful of you! With the way of the coins right now - they seem to disintegrate before they are even a year old it will be our old coins that hold our history and our Hobby.

Nice find and it's worth quite a bit more than 20 bucks.

Thank you CoinCents and 52Raymo! I have noticed, that a lot of the 2017 LSC's are starting to get Zinc Rot already, and it has been only one year! And yes 52Raymo. It's worth way more than 20 bucks.
