Wouldn't it be great if you could sell the whole dam thing in one transaction? Unfortunately it never works that way. I've watched other collectors try to do this only to succumb to the pressure of selling them individually. The result is the finest coins are cherry picked leaving you with the unattractive ones. And if you try to sell the entire set, you will be lucky to get grey sheet prices.
In the end, the problem with 70/70's is that all you really have is a bunch of ungraded coins which aren't as marketable as slabbed coins. And if you purchased them raw from dealers, chances are, a good portion of them have problems or were overgraded. Unfortunately, You will most likely get hosed on the transaction no matter which path you take.

This one is still on eBay and it is complete. The quality is above average, but its hard for most investors to swallow purchasing a ungraded collection, even with 3rd party graded labels, who's to say this haven't been switch at some point in time.

I tried sending you a email, but you're blocked. I might be interested in your book, if you decide to put a asking price on it, please email me. Thanks

Quote: What I'm getting at is making as much money as possible. So to me the missing part of the equation is how much your time is worth. If it takes an hour each to sell 76 coins, or an hour to sell the whole thing, and your time is worth $100/hr, you're out $7500. I think they call it "opportunity cost" or something.

What's there? Honestly there are situations where it's not worth your time and effort to part out a common date common grade album. Generally individually is worth more, but what is your effort worth and how fast do you want to sell, it all depends what is in there.
