Thanks everyone! I'll load the full coin after I get off from work.uoW
Could this cause an off rotation as well? The pictures will show how rotated it is.

The coin is in decent shape and stored 2x2.

What can this be worth, and would it be more if it's evaluated by ANACS?

Sorry for all the questions. I do appreciate the feedback, it helps me learn!

Thanks!

So David are you getting the same thing? Or is it on my end?

Nope, it's not just on your end. It's on my end too. It's happens all of the time, whenever he tries to use that emoji from his phone.

Check ebay sold listings and you'll get a feel of what the 1984 DDO in different conditions go for. Photos of the full obverse/reverse would help

I've been on the look out for that particular DD lately. It's different and pretty noticeable. Your penny looks to be in pretty darn good shape for a circulated 84. That's one heck of a find for your first one.

So far this year, 4 has been found, which is a lot, considering that there's not that many around. I guess that there are still some in the wild.

Great find! I'm still looking for that one.

Slightly rotated dies like that are common.

Thanks Waynoah83, I'm very happy that it's a good clean coin.

The wife thinks it's just a coin... She doesn't understand why I look at coins.

Now I'm more excited about the coin based on the comments. I'm going to pull the rest of my 84's!

You know what solves that for a while? When you sell a coin and buy them something with the money.
