I've seen them start at a cent on ebay and sell for 4 to 5 dollars or so. So I would start it low it will go up to 4 or 5 bucks

Why is this called a RPM. The picture are really good & I have pretty good eye sight but I'm not seeing anything except a damaged MM. It appears to have taken a hit flattening the top left of the D. Does that make it a RPM? What am I missing?

It's an RPM Jasper. It's kinda hard to see, but there's a separate RPM next to the 9 and the first mint mark, if you look closely. It's kinda hard to see at first, but you can see a faint RPM. This variety shows a Doubled Die Obverse and a RPM.

Because the die was hubbed with a small date hub over a large date hub on the die. After this happened they added the mint mark above and the the left touching the '9'.
