But on the other hand, what digital microscope do people use to view coins?

That stinks! Anyways, what type type of digital microscope do you want to buy? The one I use is a Plugable USB microscope. It only cost 35.95 and it works great for a cheap microscope. 262361512520

All's well that ends.

I think you left a word out of that or you are supremely defeatist.

I have or had the Andonstar ASDM302. It is a good little microscope, and it captured good pictures. A little (or a lot) expensive. Before I buy a new one, I need to set my home office up for working on my coins instead of my kitchen counter, that way I can buy something I can connect to my computer.

It's funny because on dogs.com I saw this post:

My owner gets so interested in coins sometimes. Today, I was trying to get some food on the floor (you know that's a priority) and here they come carrying some fancy dohickey thing and just about flatten me. Luckily they felt so bad about it that I got a bone and got to go outside.

Glad everyone is ok; items are easily replacable.

Now that is funny because I am not on dogs.com, I wonder if that is my doppelganger?

On the bright side, you do have an interesting story to go with it.

Funny how these things spread across the web.

Decided to order the Skybasic 4.3" LCD Digital Microscope. Reviews were pretty good and they just happened to be having a sale earlier today, so I got an $85 Microscope for $67. We'll see if it works as well as the last one, and hopefully there won't be much difference in the 4.3" screen vs the 5" screen I had before. Probably won't really matter since I am going to set this up in my home office and will use my computer screen anyways.
