I see a slight amount of wear on the cap, cap fold, hair over the ear, big bear claw, cheek, and fields. On the reverse, I see a touch of wear on the eagle's breast and in the fields. Looks like a GSA coin.
I see it as MS-62 with a reasonable shot at -63.
Mostly because of all the marks on the cheek.

Huge cut on the eagle's breast MS63 at best. And I'm not sure that's a GSA holder

I don't see the wear pointed out...the bag marks on the eagle are distracting...MS63.

MS-63, although if indeed in the gsa holder I would not be surprised if NGC gave her the old CC bump up to MS-64.

AU58, It doesn't look like a GSA. There are no small ledges at 10, 2, and 6 on the reverse.

I don't know how anyone could consider this coin Mint State and MS63/64 at that. The luster is disturbed on the cheek and the obverse fields and there is no cartwheel luster. Carson City struck coins very well. This coin looks dipped to boot.

This looks very similar to the end of roll coin from that snipe. What else did you get?
