This coin has been graded VF25....a proper grade is f12/15. It was purchased luckily as a F12 CV. Tough date to find in higher grades without having to spend a lot of money. There is also a 6/6 on the date which I think its pretty cool!

PCGS is still a rookie when it comes to grading Canadian government and Provincial coins. Those early Newfoundland Twenty Cents are tough to find. You did well. That's a nice coin!
