livingwater Pillar of the Community United States 2237 Posts	Posted 07/31/2024 09:19 am I bit of history on the Louisiana Higgins boat coin. The designer of the boat, Higgins, was from Nebraska. Only a few Higgins boats remain. One was found in a CA lake when drought lowered the water level. A benefactor paid to have it restored and shipped to Seward NE at the National Guard museum there. Records indicate the boat's history during WWII.
