I'll agree there are a few noticeable hits, but it looks original to me - 64.

lol OK, a big Oooooo-Raaaahhh for the nickel. Roger that!! Hunted the enemy. Now coins. Coins much safer...unless you tick off a Bedrock/Pillar's of the Community. lol I'm not going there...I hope.

So...still interested in the 'grape' analysis. Details. Hmmm. Always possible. Just curious what he saw. Maybe the angled light, no tone picture shows potential cleaning? I did have that brief thought. Another example we will find out about for sure. TPG? You're up! (Paperwork...uhhhh )

Oh...and my guess is MS64/65. Were it not for the center mass face/buffalo hits Coinfrog correctly noted, it would do better. So...onward

I dunno, pic 3 doesn't look right to me, maybe because I'm tired, it doesn't look natural to me.

Ok grape....I think that's just the plastic reflecting the light before it was outside of that cover, in addition to the coin reflection itself. Looks a bit gnarly I confess. But I threw that in there because I felt it did bring out some details from a different perspective. Plus you're tired. lol. No worries. Always appreciate your input for the short time I've been here. Thx

To be honest with you I only see one hit worthy of mentioning and that's on the Buffaloes lower body . I have to give this Buff an MS-64+ .

Would like to see better pictures - pixelating is a problem on this set.

BUT.......is this Buff in plastic tomb? Looks like a 2x2.

Judging (and hoping) by these pictures, I like this coin at MS66!!

love the overall eye appeal 9/10. full horn/full split tail. the back is exceptionally detailed. little weakness around the MM area. No less than MS65 but I'm betting this would come back as a 66 with that kind of strike. I think it warrants a submission

Tried to provide better pics since I received this. Fail. They are no better really then the ones from the seller. If they help great. Best I can do for now. New tools on the way to get sharper pictures for future posts.

But I will tell you this...this coin in hand is stunning. Beautiful iridescent Golds, Yellows, and a tinge of Aqua greens. Maybe some other at certain angles. Cartwheel luster off the charts.

A microscope look at the fields to compare tone surface quality/texture, matches right up with known natural toned coins I have. Not a metallurgist, but matching is good enough for me. No oddities to report. I really like this coin. I think it will grade very well, just on eye appeal, let alone sharp details. Anyway...if pics help your analysis further...great. Thx

Per PCGS Photograde, and comparison of auctioned coins, I am solid MS66 or better. Check the PCGS Photograde pics. But I concede minor scratch or two and Buffalo body ding will cost. But eye appeal may save it. Save the body hit, my reverse looks better than PCGS Reverse MS68!. IMO We will see.

(moxking...I will work on that commemorative )
