Oh man, that's too bad...was getting excited lol...thanks for curbing my enthusiasm :) will take it in to get checked out out of an abundance of caution anyway, but if you've seen these ones before, hopes are low...I couldn't find any reproduction ones that were this far off but I haven't looked for long...thx for the comments everyone
Yup, it's a counterfeit coin. You can find lots of these for sale on Etsy. I just checked and you can buy one on sale for $8.99. Etsy seems like a place for fake coins. You can get many dates, denominations and error types for $10 to $20 each.

How can you tell it is a fake? Note the word LIBERTY on the coin on the left and compare it with the right coin on Bobby's coin. Do you see the differences of the spread?
First thing I noticed, obverse at 3:00. Whay does an off-center coin show a rim, a doubled rim in fact. That is NOT the "proto-rim" of a planchet, it is an actual rim.
So far no one has answered the question about the Liberty area :

I'm still holding out for the answer. Then I will post it if no ones spots the differences.
Coop, on the fake coin, the spread is larger, most visible on the T of LIBERTY. On the real one, it wouldn't be as strong of a separation as the fake. Also, on the fake coin the coat of Lincoln is not doubled and the eye and hair is not doubled as well.

Okay, I'll spill the beans. Note the doubling. The fake one is rotated differently. The real DDO is above on the the 'TY' and below on the 'LIB' because the rotation of the class 1 doubled die. The fake does not below the 'LIB' area.
To explain a little differently, on the doubled die image you see two images with one being stronger than the other. The stronger image on the genuine is lower or below the weaker under image, on the counterfeit the stronger image is higher than the weaker one. This shows on all the letters of LIBERTY but is most noticeable on the T.
