I'd say a strong MS64. Nice.

Although the OP didn't say it was, This is not an Inverted mint Mark.
Take a look here:

It's easy to mistake. Took me a while to memorize which style the IMM was. Nice coin!

Your second set of pictures are much better. The white balance is good, I can see the background is actually white. This is HUGELY beneficial for photograding, good job. You're so close to super nice pictures! That said, your light is too diffused. Try to adjust it down so you can see the cartwheel spokes and not blow out the fields with light.

I'm betting this coin is super lustrous, I see some matte-like roughness. Your pictures are showing every single tiny flaw, flaws that probably aren't so apparent in hand.

Notice how you can see cartwheel spokes at 11 and 4 and how the fields look. Look at the shadow and you can tell where my lighting is. I also use a white background so the viewer can tell where my white balance is. If I overlit the fields, the coin would look bad.....today it's in an NGC 66 holder.

You can get there!

I'd go 64RD based on a couple of nicks, a relatively worn die and weaker strike. Still a very nice coin of course.

Thanks for the advice BadThad and your photos are stellar. I took your advice and took a couple more pics. your feedback and opinions on them would be of much value. your photos are so crisp and clear, which I'm having trouble with unless a light the coin up. I'm guessing your camera is A LOT better than mine =)

My camera is like 15 years old, it's a Canon SD700IS. I'm using this light and no post-processing other than to resize.
