I doubt it, only makes sense if stuff that dealers don't know about can be found in the rolls without those people add to the price of the rolls. It much better for you to they coin rolling through half dollars and dollar rolls, AND I STRESS FOR FACE VALUE, I believe not 100% sure as I'm not american.

Then I probably messed up big time. I bought 30 rolls of wheat pennies, 2 rolls of Kennedy half dollars, 1 roll of Millard Fillmore $1 coins, and a few Silver Eagles from an estate sale. Waiting for it to be delivered. Edited by Jeff75645

$3 dollars per roll for the pennies, $12 per roll for the Kennedy half dollars, $25 for the Millard Fillmore roll, and $15 per Silver Eagle. All rolls are supposed to be "unsearched" from the estate sale. Edited by Jeff75645

Also depends on dates of rolls, however even from my basic knowledge of America coinage that's not too bad assuming certain things. Pre 1964 Kennedy definitely good deal as melt would be loads higher as for others not sure. Definitely some lucky finds do come up from time to time familiarize yourself to what normal and then anything that's odd or out of place in rolls jumps out. Also some times might be worth reselling rather then opening up roll, however that's up to you.

Don't discount the 1964 Kennedy as they are 90% silver also.

The ASE for $15 is a good deal . Hey you never know , the whole lot can be legit unless you bought the estate sale from a dealer . Then all bets are off .  |

I don't think you will get hurt. A little high on the wheats, but just over face for the halves, exactly face for the dollars, and below melt for the eagles.

They'll all be here Monday due to the no contact transactions. I'll definitely make a post on what I got out of it.

I've actually found a few RPMs and a 1936 DDO. I actually made a bit of money on it, so I guess I got really lucky! |

I also think you did not do too bad on the price of everything. Even if the halves are clad and the wheats common circulated condition. The lower price for the eagles makes up the difference on the wheats. Even better if you get free shipping.
I've learned from this forum to shy away from unsearched roll listings that have a premium.
