Looks to be a bald spot on the left wing, usually seen on casts. Maybe this is a crude self cast attempt. I've no idea.

Agree, bills are wayyyy off, definitely fake.
I'm leaning towards fake as well on the Morgan, dentils are a bit to strong and consistent on this one. A little to perfect, but wouldn't 100% rule it out.
Would also like to know weight.

First,  The Morgan can be pegged as a counterfeit quickly. Notice that the obverse is off center NW. That means the reverse should be off center SE. It isn't. It's off center SW.

Folded a piece of tape in half, traced from point to point, cut out, opened up, and placed over coin. Sorry, too much time indoors for me!! Thanks Covid
