Quote: Bronze coins without any toning would be much rarer, and thus more valuable. Not always true. There are many rolls of untoned mint state Lincolns, and a unique beautifully toned cent can be much more valuable. Unfortunately, because of the reverse, this coin isn't that. I'd say MS-65 RB.

Nice obverse, but the reverse spots drop it for me. Guessing MS-65. I'd say RB but they may have given it a pass at RD.
