Not always true. There are many rolls of untoned mint state Lincolns, and a unique beautifully toned cent can be much more valuable. Unfortunately, because of the reverse, this coin isn't that. I'd say MS-65 RB.

Nice obverse, but the reverse spots drop it for me. Guessing MS-65. I'd say RB but they may have given it a pass at RD.

Instinctively, I wouldn't value this at more than $5, but I don't collect these.

wow didnt see the 65 coming with the 2 spots, and now silvercents you can buy some unopened bu rolls of same because you saved a fist full of dollars heh
