A little hard to confirm the markers from the pics, but this looks like proof die pair 2.
I played with the photos to adjust lighting up on the obverse and down on the reverse and to eliminate color. The surfaces look really nice, aside from the spots. I think the scratch to the east from the lower lip holds the obverse to PR-63, with the reverse at PR-65, for a net technical grade of PR-64 RB.
I'm not sure how eye appeal adjustments might go on this one. It would seem to be a wrestling match between toning and the spotting.
Yes, the TruView is a bit wild.
