Thanks folks! Been too busy going through the rolls I got recently to post much. About 100 2x2's in the "to be filed" stack now. Just hit a nice 1955-D FS-101 to add to the pile. It been a fun, busy couple of days but had to post this 1941 as it just jumps out. I love the toning around IN GOD WE.

Excellent finds! A 1941 FS-102 AND a 1955-D FS-101 in the same night? May as well continue with that lucky streak! The '41 is a beauty, strong example.

Great condition on it, wow. A 55-D as well? What's the die state?

Grapes, the 1955-D is probably MDS. Can still see nice eye separation but not super crisp. Only about an MS 63 but still a good coin overall.

That is some great toning. Nice doubling on the 4.

Awesome coin batts. I don't think any more of those are coming up in that condition. I owe you one for your 1942 S/S post. Was able to pick a nice one!

Is the value of the coin worth it to send out for grading? If it is I would definitely have it graded.

Thanks folks!

This one is pretty close to going in the PCGS pile. Not entirely sure it is financially worth it, as just with the photos of the coin as is I think it would sell high, but might slab it just to get an official grade. It's an upgrade for me so staying in the collection either way.

Hey Will, that's why I post 'em, so you know the good stuff to look for. Glad you hit a nice one.
