I would have included the reverse but it's difficult to download on an Android. You said if there is a flat spot that means what exactly? Because I did notice what you said was opposite

If you can upload one image, you can upload two. Please describe the issue with your coin fully, as there seems to be some confusion. Please give us full coin photos, both sides, with closeups of issues. Describe your concerns. Tell us and then show us.

Who wants to be a member of something they can't use because it's made so difficult and floats around like a rubber ducky in the ocean when trying to post

Hey Chip, I know this site is a bit different to use, but it's easier after you learn it and we're happy to help with that. What's giving you the most trouble right now?

to the CCF!

It looks like it's just damage. The reverse shows a raised area that is opposite the incuse area on the obverse in addition to other areas of Post Mint Damage. PMD

Learning errors is hard, but the key is knowing the minting process and being able to match what you think is an error to something that happens there. There's an endless number of ways a coin can be damaged that we'll never be able to identify. That's why you have to look at it as 'How could this happen at the mint?'

There are some great articles on the website to explain it. Look at the sticky at the top of this forum.
