But for sure this need to be FIXED. There should not be ERRORS like this for error coin LOL Now I want to know what MR Wexlers 1958 D DDO-002 looks like there is NO photo HUM.CRAZY CRAZY this should not happen it needs to be fix some how. We pay to get the coin Attributed the people doing it should do a better research from other listings to make sure its correct. I also am second guessing the 2015 D DDO-001. MR Wexlers looks way different then mine but both coins are DDO-001

Yeah, I don't understand. How can it really be a discovery if they have a listing for it already? Still learning here but this makes it more confusing.

You should add these images to the previous threads to match up with the images for these coins. that way we can see what was a new discovery.

There was a thread earlier today or yesterday about getting back rotated coins. I learned, much to my surprise, that it likely happened in shipping. Send them back. Anacs will fix it. And probably grade a few more coins for free to make up for it. Call or email them.
Like me, you might have sent those in towards the end of their dollars and cents special. They get slammed as that draws to a close. Not unusual for turn around times to slow dramatically.

Congrats on getting the submission back and the designations. The last time I got some discovery pieces back I wasn't very consistent with the descriptions, thinking they would be consistent on the labels for the discovery varieties. Not so much. As I recall they put on the slab what I put in the description.  If I put "Plate coin" or "discovery piece" that's what they put. Has anyone else thought of adding a date of discovery to future submissions for posterity's sake? And as a way of encouragement for people to keep searching for new varieties.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Thanks everyone for all your Kind words MUCH APPRECIATED. PETSPCOKETS55: What pisses me of is I had to pay MR Wiles for an attribution and also had to pay ANACS to do the same. I sent MR Wiles attribution letter with the coins and they still got it WRONG. So I am taking it as they just listed them on MR wiles letter and DID NOT check to see If it was correct. I'll be calling them ANACS tomorrow. This a a email I got from ANACS and it was a week later when they sent the coins to me and there was NOT a COUPON they >> LIED NO COUPON  I am writing to follow up on our phone conversation earlier; I have checked with the grading team concerning this order and they have informed me that they are waiting to complete the order until Monday, as they would like to confirm one coin with a particular specialist who isn't in the office on Fridays. I apologize again for the delay; your order will ship on Monday afternoon, accompanied by a coupon for complimentary grading as recompense for your order taking so long. Congrats Daves Errors on the Discovery Coins. Its a shame when something so great gets so frustrating. I'd definitely ask about them forgetting to add the coupon and also the tilted coin. That's totally a Customer Service fail that they should correct.

I got a email and ANACS Is gonna fix the coin and I get some freebies. I'll send it tomorrow. Good Afternoon David,
I apologize for the error. It appears that there was a flaw in the gasket. We would be more than happy to correct this. Please return this coin along with 5 additional coins for grading.
