A bit overexposed but I'll say MS63, tentatively.

I played with the photos a bit, hope you don't mind. Will delete them if you're not ok with it.

I think I'll stay at MS63, though I almost want to say MS62, maybe in hand pics will reveal more.

typically the 84(O) are soft in strike. I think this one is a AVG+ for strike. the lighting is a little much here and can be hiding anything. post new photos when you have in hand. Also, when possible post possible purchase considerations here first before pulling the trigger for CCF assessment. its not perfect but could save you $$

there are quite a few abrasions, scuffs and scratches on both sides. the coin does not appear to be MS so for the sake of throwing out a grade...AU58

I tend to agree with AU-58, or MS-62 at best.

And the grade is? or are we waiting for in hand pics?

And now that I'm looking at it again, I'll say MS62 tops.

Interesting. Most 61 PL's have a lot more marks than are shown on photos

Here are pics of the coin I finally received yesterday.
Coin is definitely prooflike though I am not sure my reverse pictures capture that.
Photos in a big window with outside light. I am working on getting equipment to take better pictures.
To me this coin is a 62 PL and has a few bigger scratches that keep it from 63. Being prooflike everything stands out.

For the money it was a deal , and looks nicer that the grade. Plus I have a lower graded PL to compare to others for the future.
On another note I just won a 1898 PL AU-58 I can not wait to get in hand.
