I played with the pictures a bit. I think the photos make the color look a bit off, but in hand, the actual coin will have natural surfaces.
There is a bit of a soft strike, LMDS with some impressive die clashing, and moderate die polishing. I see very few contact marks here, and what I see are small surface marks. There is light cabinet rub on the cheek, and that holds it under MS-66. From what I can see, it looks like a rock solid MS-65 RB.

I'm between MS64/65 red, there is something on the coin that makes it look like it has bubbles or some kind of marks but I can't say what it is with the picture. While I doubt it, I have to ask Is this a cast counterfeit?
