Without a clear closeup, it's anybody's best guess but the mm location and shape are very similar to cc, VV 002, Wexler 003.

Having the devices horizontal is more of a help as we need to see how the date/mintmark location is a match to a known die or not? With them at an angle it makes it harder to see what is there with knowing that the location is essential.

Much better. Even better than the one I straightened. But it is a match. (I wanted to show why it is better to have all the images horizontal) Always also include all the outside edges of the date also. Then it makes it easier to make side by sides. Will a bit extra on each side, it helps me to make same outer image sizes.

Oh I see. And understand why now thank you @ cooper. Is it worth getting graded? It's pretty rough circulated. I mean not bad for being its age but far from perfect Haha

No. Why spend a large amount of money for this when the coin will be less value they what grading would cost. On your coin year, the chances are a bit better. If the coin were an AU, then it would.

Note the estimated values on this page on the left.

But most RPM collectors don't look to by a graded coin. (most the time, they are lesser value) On your coin because of the age it makes it worth more. But I pay nothing extra for a graded coin. I pay in line price only. So if you spent $50 to have a coin graded, and the value was $15, My price would be $15, not $65. So the grading would be a loss for the one who sent the coin in. (The grading companies are the only ones making money on these transactions)

Ah that makes since, thanks cooper! Btw you said 15$ value, not planning on really selling it atleast not right this min. But is that where you would say its grade should be? If I'm not mistaken on that chart 15 puts it at vfc? Thanks again cooper, and thank you everyone else that helped and chimed in. I really appreciate the lesson in such an easy and honestly pretty entertaining learning fashion

The $15 dollar was not an estimate. Just a number to work with my formula for the fees charge.

Nice RPM there. It terms of value, its not a variety the that NGC or PCGS will grade as a variety. The condition is in the G to VG and the coin might be cleaned. If you go by the copper coins value (those are not very good indicators though), a better grade (F) not cleaned might be $10.

https://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln...ie_state=mds

But label it with the date on the 2 X 2 flip and you will always have it as your first RPM found which is priceless.
