Signed by Wayne Miller in Sharpie is better than the CAC bean.

That's something I didn't know.

Gem BU means MS65 which is a generous grade but not out of line. Assuming the luster is all there I can see a 65 being in play.

Gem BU at NGC means "MS-65 or better". I personally wouldn't buy this one at 65 prices but I think it is at least 64+.

That's where I'm currently delayed in sending it off for grading. The 65 grade is worth a considerable amount more than the 64. I would be willing to send it if I were to get a 65.

I emailed NGC, and I have some good news folks. Scott over at NGC said they will numerical grade it anywhere from 65-70 because it is Gem Bu! I bought it for AU price

Ask them if they'll grade it MS70 since they gave you the choice.

You bought it for an AU price!? Like $35?
It's already graded 65 and has no chance to grade higher imo. So give it some thought here. You have little to gain by NGC putting it in a MS65 holder.

I would keep the label with the Wayne Miller signature myself. An MS65 label will not change the coin.

I agree keep the Wayne Miller signature and buy a MS65 in a NGC or PCGS holder.
