Probably AU-58, but can't say for sure that it's not MS something. Pictures don't show much luster.

Been to the blue pool a few too many times and is now dull and lifeless.
But hey, it's still an AU Details coin once it gets back from the grading company!

due to the glare from the lighting can't assess surface originality

AU-58. Might be better in hand since photos are washed out.

Looks very weakly struck but it might actually squeak out an UNC grade. Poor luster and strike will keep it to a 61 or a 62 IMO.

AU- low UNC details, looks over dipped based on these pics.
Is this the same seller as the 25-S Buffalo? I recognize these pics. And if I remember correctly, a majority of the coins they sell are cleaned/over dipped. They're on my no fly list.

I don't see any indication of overdipping, not even dipping. The luster is all there. I have walkers in MS66 PCGS that aren't as well struck as this one. Liberty's right hand is particularly well struck on this example. The lines in the skirt are also fully showing, better than other gem walkers I own. In this series there is a vertical line along the center of liberty from head to toe that is often soft. This one is well struck up. It has some hits, but, I don't believe this coin is less than 64 and very close to gem.
As far as the seller, he grades very close to what I find the coins to be and he always takes coins back with no questions asked so always a pleasure to do business with him. He does take terrible pictures though in his listings.

Inexpensive to send for grading, which I assume you'll do.
