I think the PL surfaces are accentuating the marks. I'd say MS-63PL.

MS62, likely PL. A lot of chatter in the east fields of the reverse

the 81(O) typically have average strikes. yours falls into that box. the fields appear to be PL on both side and typcial for that you will see quite a bit more marks and scratches as the lighting reflects off of them against that mirrorlike surface. its not as bad as you think it is. I'm putting this one in the MS63 box.
