MS-65. No serious marks, full luster, good strike, strong eye appeal. Solid coin, I agree she's a looker!

she is pretty. the 82(P) should have an above average strike. yours does. its always difficult to tell if there is any luster break particularly on the cheek due to the curvature and lighting. I think its there. eye appeal is above average and surface preservation is excellent with the exception of a few scuffs and minor small scratches.
No less than MS64+ and I'm in the MS65 box on this one.
