It's a no line holder without a bar code. Tough call on the grade but I'll guess MS63...

This is actually a really difficult one for me! There doesn't seem to be much lustre, so at first glance I immediately think okay maybe AU58. But absolutely all the detail is there, and really no wear that I can see, maybe small amounts to the obverse. I think if this was cracked and dipped, the reverse would maybe show high lustre. I am more inclined to say MS65 then I am to AU58. I'm going to go high and guess MS65 and I am excited to know this one!

taking a second look at the coin I'm changing my assessment that the coin is AU. new grade MS63 maybe 64. I think the strike would hold it to no higher

Tough to see details, but I think NGC gave this an MS-65.

I'm at AU58. If they called this MS I can't see higher than MS63

MS62-ish for me. Photography through holder plastic creates many problems. Wonder what lighting source was used.

Reveal -
Personally think this is a ms63 or higher coin as there are few impact marks. The holder is quite marked up & has old sticker residue. Perhaps it was knocked a grade or two because of the "ugly" toning.
