I'm betting on they could be OBW's
Based on the images, not a chance.

No mystery , they are rolls distributed
through the Federal reserve system . In
this case San Francisco.
Very common and part of the roll bag craze
of the 1950s 1960s era.
Looks like they have already been opened and searched .

I really don't believe they were opened before because the ends are a little moved but that is because the bag they were in rolled them around. The pennies in the roll are really tight. If I were to take them out I would have to tear the wrapper apart because they are so tight in the roll. I guess I could open up one and save two. If I was smart enough I would take a video of opening one roll. I am too pessimistic that I won't find anything good. All the rolls of wheat pennies I saved up throughout my years and I still haven't found a 1943 copper. They are full rolls and not shotgun.

I listed the mint marked ones in the pictures down below.
34,37,37,35,35,35,35,36,36,38,38,18,17,10,30,30,25,29,39,39,
Then the ones with mint marks are 30d,34d,37d,25s,19s,18s,25s,17d,17s,35s,17d,37s,25s,47s,48s,34d,37d,35s,44s,47s,48s,52s,51s,54s,54s,54s,54s,53s,53s,51s. I guess I came out ok. I don't think I had any chance of getting a 09s. I guess it was worth it.

27 out of 40 1943 copper wheat pennies have already been found. Your odds would be slim even if you owned a million rolls of wheat pennies.

You don't have to ripe the roll open, just unroll the ends with your thumb I do it all the time with shot gun rolls.

Only trouble with just taking them out the end wouldn't work. The pennies were so tight in the wrapper, not loose at all. Kept pounding the penny roll in my hand and they wouldn't budge. Ended up tearing the roll apart. Would of liked to save the wrapper they came in.
