Gold star for you  The DDO-003 should read WDDO-003 When taking photos take them exactly like the reference site posted them Looks like you might need to filter your light source. John1

Note on this example of the DDO, the devices are enlarged with distortion of the devices. The spread is seen as the distion of the devices.   This is what the normal one looks like.

how do you recommend filtering the light? I'm using the built in lightt on my usb microscope

I made a filter out of white computer paper and one out of a white coffee filter.Also,some times it is better to turn off the on-board lights and use a handheld LED flashlight with a filter on it.Congrats on 50 post  John1

As John1 said, white paper of coffee filter, I have also used a tissue. It may vary with scopes but found a hole punch made the perfect size on mine to let the camera still show through while filtering the light. That way you can still use your scope light. At the end of the day, you just have to play around with different things, until you find what works for you and maybe share, it might be good for someone else.

Nice find. I had an opportunity to purchase a whole roll of these uncirculated for $175. I bought a few but not the whole roll. I regret that decision now.
