you'll see most of the 80(CC) coins with decent strikes similar to this one. the coin has a good amount of luster on both sides. some surface abrasions on the obv as well as a couple marks on the nose and cheek. eye appeal is pretty good. I think its a solid MS65. I dont see PL qualities here

The reverse is great, I will guess ms65.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Another vote for 65PL. Very nice coin!
Looks like VAM-5, with a pretty clear 8/7 over date and a die gouge above the arrow feather.
