Yes, appears to be post-strike damage--vending machine or Rolling Machine Damage on the reverse. A little difficult to determine further due to the somewhat soft nature (not sharp) of the images posted.

In my opinion, not worth submitting for grading.

why would you go against what the professionals say, who are trying to help you? It will cost you 35 to 50 dollars to send it in when you coin is worth 3 cents.

Does not appear to be a doubled die ( maybe that's why you were unable to find info on it?). If you send it off to be graded it would be a total waste of money.

Up it to 5 cent value 3 was hit by mistake, still not worth sending in.
